Autonomous Teams
Each team operates with a high degree of autonomy, coordinating with other teams as needed.
Pub Team
Onboarding venues, installing hardware, and maintaining strong relationships with Brighton's pubs.
Music Team
Curating the live music ecosystem, onboarding artists, and managing gig scheduling through the app.
Art Team
Integrating local art and merchandise, managing the Artworks Link, and running creative meetups.
Tech Team
Developing, deploying, and maintaining the PopGate application and hardware infrastructure.
Roadmap: Phase 1 (MVP)
Building the Community: Launching a core set of features to attract an initial user base of pubs, creatives, and customers.

Phase 2: Commercial Tools
Deepen the app's integration into pub operations with a full Point of Sale (POS) system, staff rostering, stock ordering, and a live music booking management system.
Phase 3: The Networked Pub
Create innovative social experiences like TwinPub (live video links between venues) and BigPub (large-scale interactive events), connecting our community like never before.
